摘 要:钻进极坚硬地层时钻头打滑的原因是:钻头胎体表面被磨钝的金刚石上端被胎体包裹,下端与岩石形成吻合的面接触,金刚石处于接近二向受力状态,影响金刚石新陈代谢的继续进行;发明专利“一种电镀弱包镶金刚石钻头的制作工艺”利用机械方法在金刚石表面包裹一层弱包镶层,然后利用电沉积方式制成电镀钻头;新型电镀弱包镶钻头工作原理是电镀胎体与金刚石之间具有一层没有粘结特性的弱包镶层,减弱了电镀胎体对金刚石的包镶能力,使钻头在胎体磨损不大的情况下,金刚石就会从电镀胎体中自行脱落下来,实现金刚石的换层。这种新型电镀弱包镶钻头能很好地解决钻进坚硬致密弱研磨性地层的打滑问题。The impregnated diamond bits are always slip in drilling extra-hard rocks. The reason is that the upsides of blunted diamonds are enwrapped by matrix, the downsides of blunted diamonds meet stone on a inosculating surface, the diamonds are in a state of force-beating in dual directions and which slows down the metabolizing of diamonds. The patent "a new type of making technique about electroplating weak-holding diamond bits" is introduced, which uses a mechanical method to hold diamonds with a layer of weak-holding power when making diamond bits by electroplating. The working principle is that there is a layer of weakholding material between matrix and diamonds, which weakens the holding of matrix. When the bit is worldug, the matrix's abrasion is not too serious, and then the diamonds drop from the matrix and a new diamond layer appears. The new electroplating weak-holding diamond bits can well solve the slipping problem when drilling extra-hard and strong-abrasive rocks.
