摘 要:提出一种金刚石磨粒尺寸的检测方法,并建立相应的测试系统,目的在于快速检测出超硬磨料的形状和粒度。应用数字图像识别技术,通过MATLAB软件编程,对CCD采集到的金刚石磨粒数字图像进行图像增强、二值化、滤波、边界检测等图像处理,设定金刚石磨粒的等效形状,检测金刚石磨粒的形状与粒度。选择晶形较规则的等积形金刚石磨粒作为实例,将金刚石磨粒的面积等效为正六边形。结果表明金刚石磨粒的粒径满足正态分布,应用数字图像识别技术检测金刚石磨粒的形状与粒度是可行的。A grain measuring system is established for the rapid identification of superabrasive shape and size. Based on digital image processing techniques, MATLAB software was programmed to fulfill the measurement of diamond grain, which includes following processes such as digital image collection of abrasive grains by CCD, image enhancement, binaraztion, image filter and boundary detection. Equivalent shape of diamond grain is set to calculate the shape and size of grains. The regular shape of diamond grains is selected as the example. Areas of diamond abrasive grains are equivalent to regular hexagon. The calculating results showed that the sizes of diamond abrasive grains meet the normal distribution. The application of digital image identification method on the shape and size examination of diamond abrasive grains is practicable.
