小康社会体育人才需求与培养问题研究

摘　　要：把体育人才的需求与培养问题,置于全面建设小康社会这一特定历史背景下予以研究。定性与定量相结合,探讨影响小康社会体育人才需求的因素,分析其中的问题,提出相应的培养对策。Under the historical background of constructing a all-round well-off society, the demand and the cultivation of sports talents are researched. With the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, the influencing factors of the demand of sports talents are analyzed and then the relative strategies of the cultivation of sports talents are put forward.
