陕西省培养体育后备人才试点学校现状研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及数理统计法,对陕西省65所培养体育后备人才试点学校的现状进行了分析。结果表明:项目布局不尽合理,运动员水平较低,训练动机多样化;教练员学历、职称较低,科研意识淡薄,选材方法以主观感觉为主;场地器材陈旧落后;训练经费严重短缺;竞赛与奖励体制不合理,并针对上述情况提出了合理化建议。With the methods of the documentary review, questionnaire, export interview and mathematical statistics, the present situation of 65 Shaanxi pilot schools of training sports reserve talents is analyzed. The results show that there are such shortcomings as the unreasonable distribution of events, the low levels of the athletes, the diversity of the motivations, the low level of the coaches＇ educational degrees and qualifications, the weak consciousness of scientific research, the subjective ways of selecting talents, out-of-dated facilities, the shortage of finance, and the unreasonable competition and awarding system. At last, the corresponding reasonable suggestions on solving the problems are put forward.
