摘　　要：通过高校《健美操运动》网络课件(教程)的构建和应用为例子,阐述现代教育技术在高校体育教学过程中的施行过程、施行效果、教学改革前后效果比较分析和施行中的困难,为普通高校体育多媒体网络课程教学的广泛深入开展提供一些科学的依据与实用手段的参考。Take the construction and application of aerobics network courseware of Universities as an example, the process, difficulties, and comparative effects of using modem educational techniques are researched, in order to provide useful references for the development of physical education in universities based on internet multi-media techniques.
