摘  要:本文研究了引发重瓣丝石竹(GypsophilapaniculataL.)试管苗玻璃化现象发生的若干因素.结果表明,外植体取材部位显著影响玻璃苗发生频率,重瓣丝石竹玻璃苗发生频率以中部茎段最高,远高于顶芽和基部茎段.培养基内较高浓度的细胞分裂素,尤为高浓度BA5mgL-1,是影响玻璃苗发生的主要原因.琼脂浓度,蔗糖及培养温度等对玻璃苗发生率的影响.依培养基中激素的状况而异.添加适量硝酸钾,可以完全抑制玻璃苗的发生.The cause of vitreous shoots in vitro culture of Gypsophila paniculata L. weve studied. The results showed that:The percentage of vitreous shoots regenerated from bud and bottom stem explants were much lower than that from middle stem explants. The main cause of vitreous shoots is higher concentrations of cytokinin especiall of higher concentration of BA in the medium. The concentrations of agar,sucrose and the culture tenperature have different effects on the percentage of vitreous shoots according to the state of phytohormones in the medium.The supply of KNO3 in the medium eliminated the vitreous shoots completely.
