试论战国士人的俸禄变化与战国学术兴盛

摘　　要：战国时期,士人阶层及其俸禄发生了巨大变化。一是士人的社会地位与经济收入有了极大提高,二是士人的俸禄由爵禄向谷禄、由年禄向月禄发生转变。这种变化刺激了人才的成长,有利于人才流动和学术交流,对战国学术繁荣起到了极大的促进作用。In the period of Warring States, the enormous change took place to scholar＇ s stratum and their salary. First, social status and economic income of scholar have great to improve. Second, salary of scholar had been changed from annual emolument to the monthly emolument and from rank of nobility emolument to grain emolument. This kind of change has irritated the growth of talents, was favorable to the floating of professionals and academic exchange, had played a great role in the academic prosperity of the Warring States.
