摘  要:目的考察人工蛹虫草子实体对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用蛹虫草子实体微粉(粒径17~20μm)水溶液给小鼠连续灌胃12d,分别观察对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、血清溶血素水平和2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应的影响。结果小鼠灌胃给予蛹虫草子实体微粉水溶液10~90mg·kg^-1,可显著促进淋巴细胞的自然增殖作用(与阴性对照组比较,P〈0.05),但对刀豆蛋白(ConA)或脂多糖(LPS)活化后的细胞无协同作用,同时增加血清溶血素水平,能增强DNFB诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应,但对小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数无明显影响。结论人工蛹虫草子实体的微粉具有免疫调节作用。Objective To investigate the influence of artificial cordyceps militaris on the immunity function of mice. Methods Continuous intragastric administration was performed for 12 days using micro-powder aqueous solution of cordyceps Militaris with particle diameters of 17 -20 μm. The convert proliferation of splenic lymphocytes, the serum hemolysin level, and the delayed allergy induced by 2, 4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) in mice were studied respectively. Results The micro powder aqueous solution given by ig( 10 - 90 mg·kg^-1 ) could significantly promote the natural proliferation of lymphocyte invivo (compared with negative control group, P 〈 0. 05 ) and increase the level of hemolysin, but there was no synergistic effect on cells after activating by ConA and LPS . The micro-powder of cordyceps militaris could also enhance the function of delayed allergy in mice induced by dinitrofluorobenzene. There were no effects on thymus index and spleen index. Conclusion The micro-powder of artificial cordyceps militaris exhibits an effect on immune regulation.
