如意金黄贴膏中小檗碱的体外透皮吸收实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究如意金黄贴膏中的小檗碱体外透皮吸收的作用。方法采用小鼠腹部和背部皮肤为实验屏障,用高效液相色谱法测定透皮接受液中小檗碱的浓度,观察渗透量的变化。结果小檗碱在小鼠背部和腹部皮肤的平均渗透速率J分别为(1.09±0.49)和(1.84±0.24)μg.(cm2)-1.h-1。结论如意金黄贴膏中的小檗碱经皮渗透良好,且腹部皮肤优于背部。Objective To study the percutaneous absorption of berbefine in ruyijinhuang strapping. Methods Mice skin on abdomen and back was used as the cutaneous barrier to observe the concentration of berbefine in diadermic fluid by HPLC and monitor the changes in perfusion. Results The average perfusion consistence （J） of berberine in mice skin on abdomen and back were （ 1.09 ± 0.49 ） and （1.84±0.24）μg·（cm^2）^-1·h^-1 respectively. Conclusion Berbefine in ruyifinhuang strapping can perfuse well through skin, and it＇s perfusion on the abdomen is superior than that on the back.
