摘 要:针对网络化制造应用服务提供商平台的网络带宽瓶颈和服务能力不足的问题,在传统中央服务器一对多模型的基础上,提出了基于网格的多对多服务模型,将平台提供的制造资源服务由多个分布的网格服务节点协同完成。面向多对多服务模型,建立了以服务为中心的制造资源模型,采用面向对象的方法建立制造资源模板,实现了基于资源描述框架的元数据描述。在制造资源的发现方面,采用分布式和集中式相结合的机制,建立了相应的分层模型,并给出资源查找过程。最后,讨论了平台原型系统的组件结构及关键技术,并通过原型系统的开发和初步应用,验证了模型的可行性和实用性。To solve the problems of network bandwidth bottleneck and insufficient service ability of networked manufacturing Application Service Provider (ASP) platform, a grid-- based more-- to-- more service model was put forward based on traditional one--to--many model within central server. The manufacturing resource service offered by the platform was executed collaboratively by many distributed grid service nodes. A service--oriented model of manufacturing resource based on ASP platform more--to--more model was established. Manufacturing resources stencil--plate was built by using object--oriented method, and the Resource Description Framework (RDF) based metadata specification language description was realized. Furthermore, in the aspect of manufacturing resource discovery, the incorporation of distributed and centralized mechanism was adopted and the corresponding layered model was set up, as well as the process of resource discovery was provided. Finally, component structure of proposed prototype system and several key technologies were discussed. And feasibility and practicability of the proposed model were verified by the development and preliminary application of prototype system.
