摘　　要：为提高信息支持平台运作的有效性和效率,在综合分析现有的制造业国际化测评体系和信息系统评价体系的基础上,建立了制造业国际化信息支持平台运行绩效评价指标体系。给出了国际化信息支持平台的多级动态模糊综合评价方法,该方法改进了模糊评价法,在构造评价矩阵时引入时间参数K和三角形隶属度分布函数,并结合层次分析法的判断矩阵法,确定指标权重W,能较好地实现对该信息支持平台的多指标动态实时评价和模糊决策。理论分析和实践证明,该评价体系可以帮助企业选择合适的信息支持平台模式,提升核心竞争力,在国际竞争中占据高端位置。To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the information supportive platform, based on the current appraisal index systems of manufacturing internationalization and the measurement systems of Information System （IS）, this platform＇s operation performance measurement index system was established. Then a multistage dynamic fuzzy comprehensive measurement method for this platform was put forward, which improved fuzzy measurement method by introducing time parameter K and triangle distrution function into the construction of measurement matrix, and combined the judgement matrix method of Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） to determine each index＇s weight W, so as to realize muhi--index dynamic real--time assessment and fuzzy decision--making for this platform. It was proved by theory and facts that this measurement system could aid enterprises to select the suitable pattern to built and operate this platform, increase enterprises＇ core competitive power.
