摘  要:通过对草莓9个杂交组合的实生果实的糖酸含量的分析,探讨了糖酸含量在杂交育种中遗传情况及选择问题.结果表明:含酸量由主效基因和微效多基因共同控制,含糖量由微效多基因控制,含糖量的遗传存在明显的正向非加性效应.因控制含酸量遗传的主效基因构成不同,组合间含酸量的遗传力差异较大(0.30~0.59).In this paper,the inheritance and selection of acidity in strawberry fruit was studied with 9F progenies. The result indicated content of titratable acid was jointly controlled by two genetic model a major gene and multiple minor genes that other characters were controlled by multiple genes.The heredity about soluble solids content appeared obviosly positive in additive effect.Because the major gene that control the heredity of the activity is different.The difference on the heredity of the activity among crosses is very large.
