用壳聚糖制备可吸收性手术缝合线的研究

摘　　要：报道了用从虾蟹壳中提取的壳聚糖制备医用外科可吸收性手术缝合线的研究，并将该缝合线同羊肠线在小白鼠体内进行了缝合实验，通过组织切片、电镜扫描观察证明了壳聚糖手术缝合线在机体内的吸收优于羊肠线；也研究了缝合前后小白鼠体内的同工酶变化情况以及缝合后兔白细胞的变化及免疫反应．实验结果证明：用壳聚糖手术缝合线缝合动物伤口时乳酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、酯酶无变化，其中性粒细胞变化也不明显，不产生急性炎症反应和病理变化．同时在壳聚糖含量为１％时，实验动物不发生免疫反应．从而证明了壳聚糖手术缝合线是无毒、无害、无任何副作用，易打结。This paper reported the study on the absorbable surgical suture line made with chitosan extracted from the shell of prawn or crab.The experiment on suture in micebody with chitosan suture line and catgut was conducted.The experiment result with histology and scanning electron microscope showed that the chitosan suture line was more easily absorbable than catgut.This paper also studied the change of isozyme of white cells of mice,rabbit and immune reaction before and after the operation.The experimental results showed the isozyme LDH,MDH,EST and neutrophil of mice didn't change considerablly,and the operation didn't produce any acute inflammation and patholgy reaction. The experimental animals didn't appear immune reaction while concentration of chitosan was 1%.The chitosan suture line is nonpoisonous,unharmful,no sideeffect and easily to knot and absorbable,it is a better medical materials.
