摘　　要：公务法人是指政府机构之外执行某种行政职能且独立承担权利义务的公法人。公务法人的广泛存在和发展是因为随着社会公共事务的增加,政府自身原有的组织形式难以满足社会需要。我国的事业法人与公务法人有很多共同或者相似的特征,研究公务法人可以为事业法人提供更多的理论和实践方面的借鉴。Public corporations refer to public entities that are not administrative organs but fulfill some administrative functions and take rights and obligations independently. Public corporations developed widely because the government systems themselves cannot meet requirements of the society with the public affaires increasing greatly. We can learn much to benefit both theory and practice of government- sponsored institution in China through studying public corporations which share a lot of features with the latter.
