摘 要:公理设计(AD)和TRIZ是概念设计的重要方法。为了解决生产线在线使用的检测装置存在的问题,提出了综合应用公理设计和TRIZ理论对检测装置进行重新设计。其中应用TRIZ解决设计的冲突问题并给出了新检测装置的框架模型;应用公理设计对新检测装置进行了概念设计。新检测装置的概念设计具有检测效率高、作业强度低以及使用范围广等优点,满足了生产线的要求。The Axiomatic Design (AD) and TRIZ are the important methods of conceptual design. In order to solve the problems existing in the measurement equipment used for production line, a scheme that synthetically applies AD and TRIZ to measurement equipment for redesign is presented. In the scheme, the TRIZ is used to solve the contradiction of design and prorides a new frame model of measurement equipment; the AD is used to carry out the new conceptual design for measurement equipment. The new conceptual design of measurement equipment has many excellencies such as higher measuring efficiency, lower working strength as well as wider appication scope etc. , and also satisfies the requirements of production line.
