摘 要:在分析PQS-3-D型汽车专用升降机传动系统垂直方向上的结构特点和振动机理的基础上,对物理模型进行合理简化,利用动力学理论建模方法,建立了升降机垂直方向上的动力学模型;并且根据该动力学模型建立了弹性条件下的动态拉格朗日方程。根据厂方给定的轿厢速度、加速度以及跃度的最大值,按照轿厢速度运行的S型曲线反解求得激励矩阵。再利用数值分析软件MATLAB对该动力学模型精确求解,得出厂方需要的升降机从起动阶段至匀速运行一段时间之内,轿厢及其相关传动构件瞬时位移、瞬时速度以及瞬时加速度曲线。On the basis of analyzing the structural feature and vibration mechanism of the transmission system of PQS - 3 - D car elevator in the vertical direction, through simplifying the physics model, the vertical model of car elevator is set up by the dynamics modeling theory. And then the Lagrange dynamic equation of the system is established According to the maximum value of speed, acceleration and transience of the car given by the manufacturer, the stimulate matrix can be obtained by inversely solving the S curre along which the car runs with its speed, and the Lagrange dynamic equation of the system under the elastic condition aslo can be set up. Then the numerical analysis software- MATLAB is used for solving the dynamic model precisely, and the curves of instantaneous displacement, instantaneous velocity and instantaneous acceleration of the car and its related transmission components required by the manufaclurer are gained during the period of time from start stage to average run.
