摘　　要：目的探讨组合组织移植修复严重手外伤患者的术后护理方法。方法对25例严重手外伤患者采用组合移植方法游离组织瓣进行修复，术后产密观察生命体征，加强心理沟通，做好卧床期护理、用药护理、供区创面及手部护理。结果游离组织瓣58块，术后组织瓣全部成活，平均住院23．5d。随访3～6个月，再造拇指及手指外观功能满意，皮瓣感觉和运动功能恢复良好。结论密切观察病情变化，运用科学的方法进行系统护理是保证手术成功及促进患者顺利康复的关键。Objective To explore the postoperative nursing care for the patients with severe hand injury treated by combined tissue transplantation. Methods Twenty-five patients with severe hand injury were treated by combined tissue transplantation by using free tissue flap. After the operation, their life signs were carefully observed, and psycological communications with the patients were strengthened, good nursing care was given during bed-ridden period, drug administration and donor site monitoring. Results All 58 tissue flaps survived, and the average hospitalization time of the patients was 23.5 days. All cases were followed up for 3 to 6 months, the appearance and the functional recovery of the reconstructed thumbs were satisfactory and the sensory and motor functions were good. Conclusion The strict moniotoring of the condition of patients and symptom-oriented nursing care are key to the success of the operation and the uneventful rehibilitation.
