摘  要:目的研究颈脊髓病患者有效的健康教育形式。方法随机将63例颈脊髓病患者分为观察组(35例)和对照组(28例),对照组行常规健康教育,观察组采用心理维度、行为维度和专科护理维度的多维度教育。采用问卷调查和行为模拟测试进行教育内容掌握程度及配合行为的评估。结果观察组教育内容的掌握程度和术后配合行为显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论健康教育形式与患者对疾病的认知与行为密切相关,多维度健康教育有利于颈脊髓病患者顺利手术和早期康复。Objective To explore an effective method of health education for patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Sixty-three cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were randomly divided into an observation group (n = 35) and a control group (n=28). In the control group, regular health education was given. In the observation group a multi-dimensional health education covering psychology, behaviors and specialized nursing care was employed. Questionnaire survey and behavior-simulation were used to check patient's mastery of knowledge and behavioral compliance. Results The mastery of knowledge and behavioral compliance in the observation group were much better than those in the control group (P〈0. 01 for both). Conclusion The forms of health education are closely related with the patients' cognition and behaviors and the multi-dimensional education can benefit patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy in their operation and recovery.
