摘　　要：“十五”期间我国冶金炭素工业生产发展基本满足了钢铁等行业的发展需求,产品结构调整取得显著成绩,产品出口规模取得较快增长,装备和技术水平显明提高。但也还存在一系列问题,要解决这些问题,使炭素工业更好地满足国民经济发展的需要,就必须加快推进企业重组、转换经营机制、提高产业集中度、提高技术创新能力、节能降耗、减少污染、增加品种、提高质量、注重效益,走持续、稳定、协调发展之路。During the period of the 10th Five Year Plan, Chinese carbon industry has obtained remarkable achievements in product structural readjustment, high growth in product exports, obvious improvement in production facilities and technologies, basically meet the demand from domestic steel industry. However, many problems still exist. To solve these problems, charcoal industry must quicken the reorganization, change management system, enhance industrial concentration ratio, boost the ability of technical innovation, save energy and consumption, reduce pollution, extend product mix and improve product quality.
