摘 要:采用HDDR工艺制备出了各向同性Sm2Fe17Nx永磁粉,通过XRD,SEM,EDX等手段研究了Sm-Fe合金的凝固,均匀化热处理,氢化-歧化以及脱氢-再化合和氮化等过程中,合金的相及微观结构的变化。结果表明:1050℃,24h的均匀化热处理能有效地消除合金中的杂相,成功地制备出成分均一的单相2:17母合金;800℃氢化-歧化1h后,合金歧化成晶粒为纳米级SmHx和α-Fe,相同温度下脱氢-再化合2h后,合金又再化合为晶粒细小的2:17相,500℃氮化5h后,合金大量吸氮,晶格常数和单胞体积明显增加,体积膨胀量达6.28%;将上述制备的各向同性Sm2Fe17Nx永磁粉用质量分数为3%的环氧树脂粘结剂均匀包缚,获得了密度为6.04g/cm3,磁性能为:Br=0.6704T,Hcj=1015kA/m,(BH)max=73.7kJ/m3的各向同性Sm2Fe17Nx粘结磁体。The isotropie Sm2Fe17Nx magnetic powders were prepared by Hydrogenation Disproportion Desorption Reeombinnation (HDDR) process. The evolutionary processes of phase and mierostrueture were investigated for Sm-Fe alloy during the solidification, homogenization, HDDR and nitration processes by means of XRD, SEM and EDX. The results show that the homogeneous Sm2Fe17 alloy is successfully obtained and the impurity phases and residual stress are well removed after heated at 1050℃ for 24 h. When heated at 800℃ for 1 h in the atmosphere of hydrogenation with the pressure of 0.1 MPa, the alloy turns into SmHx and the α-Fe in nano-seale, and then recombines into Sm2Fe17 crystal after evacuated at the same temperature for 2 h again. The lattice constant of the alloy increases, and the crystal cell expands 6.28% after nitrified at 500℃ for 5 h, then the isotropie Sm2Fe17Nx magnetic powders are obtained. The isotropic bonded Sm2Fe17Nx magnets with a density of 6.04 g/cm^3 and Br=0.6704 T, Hcj=1015 kA/m, (BH)max=73.7 kJ/m^3 are prepared with the above magnetic powders and epoxy-resin of 3wt% as bonder.
