摘 要:对马占相思人工林根际和非根际土壤化学性质和酶活性的差异,及其在林木生长过程中的演变规律进行比较分析。结果表明:随林龄增长,根际土壤和非根际土壤主要养分含量(除速效钾外)和酶活性均呈增加趋势,根际土壤pH值则呈下降趋势,但非根际土壤pH值的规律性不明显;不同年龄阶段根际土壤全氮、水解氮、交换性钙和交换性镁含量均高于非根际土壤,根际土壤有机质、富里酸、胡敏酸、全磷、速效磷和速效钾含量也有相似的规律;不同年龄阶段根际土壤过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶、脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性均高于非根际土壤。The differences of soil chemical properties and enzyme activities between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soll in Acacia rnangium plantations were comparatively analysed, and their changing regularity during Acacia rnangium development was also studied. Result showed that with the stand age increasing, the content of main nutrient elements (except available K) and enzyme activities in rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soll under A. mangium plantations increase, the pH value in rhizosphere soil decreases, and no obvious regularity was found for the pH value in non-rhizosphere soil. The contents of total N, hydrolysable N, exchangeable Ca and exchangeable Mg in rhizosphere soil are higher than those in non-rhizosphere soil at different ages of A. rnangium plantations, and similar regularity was also fotmd in the contents of soil organic matter, fulvie acid, humic acid, total P, available P and available K. The activities of catalase, protease, urease and acid-phosphatase in rhizosphere soll are higher than those in non-rhizosphere soil at different ages of A. mangium plantations.
