复方甘草甜素辅佐治疗有机磷农药中毒

摘　　要：目的：观察常规疗法加复方甘草甜素是否能有效防治有机磷农药中毒病人的并发症和后遗症．方法：有机磷农药中毒病人４５例（男性１８例，女性２７例，年龄３１±ｓ１０ａ）随机分２组，２组皆用常规疗法，其中治疗组２２例加复方甘草甜素注射液８０～１００ｍＬ于１０％葡萄糖２５０ｍＬ中ｉｖ，ｇｔｔ，ｑｄ×７ｄ，对照组２３例单用常规疗法。结果：治疗组较对照组的并发症和后遗症的发生率明显降低，肝功能和心电图恢复正常的天数明显缩短，未见不良反应。结论：加复方甘草甜素能有效防治有机磷农药中毒病人的并发症和后遗症。AIM:TO observe the effects of compound glycyrrhizin as an adjuvant treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. METHODS:Forty-five patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were under conventional therapies including gastrolavage, the use of emetic,atropine and pralidaxime iodide, transfusion and correction of acid-base imbalance.They were at random divided into 2 groups. Group A(22 patients,M8.F 14,age 32±9 a) was given additionally compound glycyrrhizin 80～100 mL in 10% glucose 250 mL iv,gtt qd,for a wk.Group B(23 patients,M 10,F13, age 30±10 a) received no adjuvant therapy. RESULTS:The incidence rate of complications and sequelae in former group was lower than that in the latter,with an increase of cure rate. The time to restoration of liver function and to normal ECG were shortened (all P < 0.05) .CONCLUSION:The compound glycyrrhizin as an adjuvant treatment of oreanophosphorus pesticide poisoning helped to prevent and cure its complications and sequelae.
