摘　　要：综述了超临界流体法制备生物柴油技术,主要介绍了超临界流体法制备生物柴油的流程、工艺条件、反应动力学、原料中的水和游离脂肪酸对酯交换反应的影响,并概述了超临界流体法的优势、问题及发展前景。A supercritical fluid method for catalyst - free biodiesel production was reviewed. The reaction process, operating conditions, kinetics, and the effects of water and free fatty acids on transesterification were introduced. The advantage, shortcoming, and developing prospect of supercritical fluid method for biodiesel production were also summarized.
