摘　　要：英国离婚法律制度具有这样一些特征:强调“离婚慎重”;在离婚时重点保护弱者一方和子女利益;立法技术的成熟和结构的完善。在中国婚姻家庭法的制定与实施过程中,离婚问题一直是争议焦点,英国离婚法律制度中有关弱者一方权益保护的内容,尤其值得我们研究和借鉴。The matrimonial legal system in Britain has such characteristics： emphasis on cautious attitude toward devoiee; more protection for interests of inferior party and children; mature legislative technology and complete structure. Now we are in the course of draft of the Matrimonial and Family law ,and divorce is always the central issue. We may study and make a reference of the matrimonial legal system in Britain.
