通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的评价通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者心率变异性的影响。方法将冠心病心绞痛患者120例随机分为对照组60例和通心络组60例,分别给予常规西药治疗及常规西药加通心络治疗,用药前后分别记录24h动态心电图,评价患者心率变异性指标的变化。结果2组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.01),通心络组比对照组显著升高(P<0.01),未出现严重不良反应。结论通心络胶囊可以显著提高冠心病心绞痛患者心率变异性。Objective To evaluate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on heart rate variability （HRV） in patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease（CHD） by holter electrocardiogram. Methods 120 patients with angina pectoris in CHD and frequent arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group （ n = 60） and Tongxinluo group （ n = 60）. All patients were treated with routine vestem medicine and Tongxinluo capsule was ndded to patients in Tongxinluo group additionally. HRV in patients was measured by Holter electrocardiogram and evaluated before treatment and after treatment. Results All parameters of HRV weve significantly increased in both groups after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. No severe adverse effects was fotmd. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve HRV in patients with angina pectoris duo to CHD.
