摘 要:利用砂纸打磨、酸洗、磷化、喷砂、KH-560硅烷处理等不同表面预处理工艺对Q235钢基体进行预处理,并在不同表面状态的钢基体上制备聚乙烯涂层,研究了不同预处理工艺对聚乙烯涂层结合强度的影响。结果表明:传统表面处理工艺提高涂层结合强度有限,而KH-560硅烷处理可以显著提高涂层结合强度,较用传统的砂纸打磨(60#)、酸洗、磷化、喷砂处理工艺分别提高了40.3%、46%、17.6%和13.2%,而涂层的破断形式也有别于传统的处理方法,为内聚断裂;“喷砂+KH-560”预处理法可以获得最大的涂层结合强度。Polyethylene coatings was applied on Q235 steel substrate surface with different surface conditions pretreated by sandpaper grinding, acid etching, phosphating, blasting and KH -560 respectively, and the effect of various pretreatments on the adhesive strength of polyethylene coatings was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the traditional pretreatments had a limited improvement for the adhesive strength, but KH -560 pretreatment can increased adhesive strength significantly which was higher than those with sandpaper grinding, acid etching, phosphating, and blasting by 40. 3%, 46%, 17.6% and 13.2% respectively, and that the highest adhesive strength can be obtained when the substrates were pretreated by the blend pretreatment of blasting and KH -560.
