摘　　要：介绍了Petri网的基本知识,结合公文管理中收文、发文部分工作流应用环境,运用不变量的分析方法和工作流网的理论,提出了相对完整的基于Petri网的工作流模型,并对模型的可靠性进行了分析。This article introduces basic knowledge of Petri-net, and integrate the real application circumstances of the workflow of accept document and dispatch document in document management, utilizing analysis method of invariant and theory of wf-net,presnets an integrated workflow model based on Petri-net comparatively. Further more, the author provides the verification of the model
