摘　　要：目的对某女子劳教所干警进行艾滋病知识、态度的定量调查，并探讨其相关影响因素。方法采用匿名自填问卷的方法进行调查。结果干警艾滋病知识知晓率介于64．5％～100．0％之间。对于目前劳教所中开展的关于安全套的宣传有近七成的干警认为力度太小。对艾滋病感染者的歧视仍较严重：1／4的干警认为应公布感染者以免与其接触，表示不愿与感染者的家人一起工作或会想办法把监管的监押人员中的感染者转走的干警也各占1／4，约有四成的干警表示不愿与感染者一起工作。结论调查结果在一定程度上反映出近年来针对劳教所内干警所进行的艾滋病宣传教育取得了一定的成效。但仍需引导警务人员乃至全社会以正确的态度对待艾滋病感染者，减轻或消除歧视。Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitude towards AIDS among policemen from a female prison, and to probe the relevant influencing factors. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted and the questionnaires were filled in by the surveyed policemen. Results The correct answer rate of the knowledge about AIDS ranged from 64.5% to 100.0% among the policemen. About 70% considered the propaganda on the use of condonas wasn＇ t enough. The discrimination against HIV-carriers was still serious. 1/4 believed the HIV-carriers should be made known to protect other people. The proportions of those who would not like to work with the families of the HIV- positive and those who would find ways to transfer the HIV-carriers from their supervision were 1/4 respectively. Around 40% of the surveyed policemen expressed that they wouldn＇t like to work with the HIV-carr/ers. Conclusion The education programs about HIV among the policemen is effective in the recent years. More attention should still be paid to the information about non-transmitting route.
