胃灵颗粒对胃癌前病变细胞凋亡基因影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药冲剂胃灵颗粒对大鼠胃癌前病变(GPL)细胞凋亡基因表达的影响及其相关机制。方法:N-甲基N-硝基-N-亚硝基胍加饥饱失常法造大鼠GPL模型,用胃灵颗粒与维酶素治疗,观察对病变黏膜组织中Bcl-2、Bax、p53基因蛋白水平的影响。结果:中药组治疗后Bcl-2、Bax、p53基因蛋白阳性指数明显低于病理对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养阴活血为主的胃灵颗粒通过改善GPL大鼠气阴两虚兼挟血瘀的病理基础,降低病变组织增殖水平,诱导细胞正常凋亡,从而对GPL细胞的增殖有良好的阻断作用。Objective：To study the effects of Weiling Granules on apoptosis gene in gastric precancerous lesion of rat. Methods：In animal experiment, precancerous lesions of gastric models were induced by MNNG in Wistar rats.The rats were treated by Weiling Granules and Wei Mei Su Pian, changes in expression of Bcl-2,Bax,p53 in slices of precancerous morbid tissues of gastric mucosa were measured by immuohistochemistry after using the drugs.Results：It showed that in Chinese herbal group Bcl-2,Bax and p53 expressions decreased remarkably,significantly different than that in other groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Weiling Granules has the effect of and has better reversing function in proliferation of morbid cells before gastric cancer.
