摘  要:多年以来,社店双方一直围绕着产业政策和自身利益进行博弈。目前我国出版业的社店关系并不理想,图书交易结算方式是社店关系僵化中的主要矛盾。这个矛盾得不到有效解决,其他问题也难以根除。是否转变图书赊销制仍然是书业内外争论不止的问题。提倡转变赊销,并不仅仅是为出版社说话,对书店经营也有促进作用。For years, the two sides of the relationship between the publishing house and the bookshop played chess with each other around the industrial policy and their own interests. However, the relationship between the publishing house and the bookshop is not ideal. The two sides mainly have a conflict in the manner of settling accounts for books purchased. Only when the conflict of settling accounts is ableto be solved effectively, will other conflicts find the opportunity of resolution. It still remains a controversial topic within or outside the book industry whether sale-on-credit should be changed. Advocating a change of sale-on-credit will not only safeguard the interests of the publishing house, but also boost the profits of the bookshop.
