摘　　要：审级制度是一国司法制度的重要组成部分,它的设置科学、合理与否,直接关系到司法基本价值目标的实现。由于政治、经济、人才等各种因素的制约,现行审级制度未能发挥其预设的理想功能。二审终审制自适用以来,无论是从理论或是从实践中均出了一些难以解决的问题,从客观上讲,需要以三审终审制取而代之。Judicial hierarchy is an important element of a country＇s judicial system, whether it is reasonable, scientifie or not is directly related to the realization of the judicial fundamental values and objectives. Because politics, economy, talented person etc. the check and supervision of various factor, current review the class system and can not develop its pre--established ideal function. Two review the final trial system since apply, is from the theories regardless or from practice in all some problem that the ages solve, from objective speak up, need with three review the final trial system to take but generation, the sincerely following text of writer is shallow to talk what time not mature thinking.
