手术感染的概况及预防措施

摘　　要：分析了医院感染的成因,概括总结了手术部位感染的概况,并概括了医学上手术感染的预防措施,分析了两种错误观念的根源。对于不同的手术预防感染的措施应当有不同的考虑。对于空气感染既不能忽视,也不可夸大,因而建设洁净手术室的指导思想应当是合理的控制洁净手术室的比例,把资金用在刀刃上,反对花费巨资盲目建设。There are many complicated causes for the surgical site infection and we should know each reason exactly. In the past there were two wrong concepts-contact infection is the mean reason so that sterilizing is enough to prevent all the surgical site infections, and air infection is the mean reason so that we need build many operating room-in the medical fraternity, because they don＇ t know the proportion of air infection to the surgical sit infections. The paper gave an elaborate analysis in the cause of the hospital infection and the survey of surgical site infection. Some medical guarding measurements were list out to emphasize the importance of sterilizing. And also some investigations in airborne spread were given to remind of the necessity of clam operating room. The best guarding measurement is sterilizing combined with clenroom technology and using different cleanroom class according different operation. Therefore, every hospital should ascertain a proper proportion of the cleanroom operating room according the species of operation to avoid wasting money in building too many cleanroom operating rooms.
