某常用胶合板VOC散发的试验研究

摘　　要：针对目前人居建筑和空调客车内装修常用的5mm木质胶合板,采用大环境舱模拟实际空调环境研究其甲醛的散发,并对处于稳定散发期的胶合板研究了环境因素对其VOC散发的影响,同时作了VOC化学成分的检测。研究结果有利于人们对胶合板释放污染物的正确认识和正确使用人造胶合板。Aiming at 5mm plywood, which is used to decorate interior of buildings and bus with air-conditioning equipments, its pollutants emissions under simulant air-conditioned environment based on full-scale environment chamber and the impact factor of environment on VOCs emission in relative unsteady emission phase are studied, and the chemical composition of VOCs is detected. The results shous that it is applicable to people to use plywood rightly.
