摘 要:在活性污泥中投加X4菌对含油脂废水进行强化处理,可以提高油脂的去除率。未驯化的活性污泥对油脂的降解作用十分缓慢,在24小时内只降解9%的油脂。驯化后的活性污泥对油脂具有较好的去除能力,在24小时内对油脂的降解率为78%。在驯化后的活性污泥中投菌量为43%时,24h油脂的去除率达到97%。实验结果表明,油脂去除率随着投菌量的增加而增大,但投菌量达到一定量后继续增大其对油脂去除的改善有限,甚至有一定程度的降低。The capability of treating oil and grease wastewater was enhanced greatly by bioangmentation with dosing X4 in active sludge system. The un-acclimated active sludge degraded oil and grease very slowly and only 9% oil was degraded in 24h. The acclimated active sludge could degrade 78% ofoil in 24h. The degradation rate ofoil and grease reached to 97% in acclimated active sludge bioangmented with 43% X4 inoenlum in 24h. The results showed that the degradation rate of oil and grease wouM be enhanced with increasing the inoculum size. However, the bioaugmentation with X4 inoculum was limited and even decreased to a degree when the inoc.ulum reached a certain amount.
