摘 要:采用粘涂技术在零件表面制备固体润滑耐磨涂层的方法在润滑减摩方面有着广泛的应用,环氧润滑耐磨涂层以其独有的优势在该领域内占据主要地位。材料科学、表面技术及计算机分析技术的发展,为新一代环氧润滑耐磨涂层的研制提供了良好的基础。开发新的涂层材料、优化涂层厚度和涂层结构、完善与开发新的涂层工艺、实现固/液润滑相互促进是提高新一代环氧润滑耐磨涂层工作性能的重要途径。A review was given on some problems in the development and application of epoxy resin-based lubricating and wear-resistant coatings.It was pointed out that bonded solid lubricating film-formation technique has been finding wide applications in the preparation of solid lubricative and wear-resistant coatings on the surfaces of parts,and the epoxy resin-based lubricative and wear-resistant coatings are playing a key role in the relevant field,owing to their unique advantages.Meanwhile,it was believed that the development of material science,surface technology and computer analysis technology has facilitated a very good ground for the development of novel generation epoxy resinbased lubricative and wear resistant composite coatings.And it was suggested to put more attention to the development of new coating materials,optimizing of coating thickness and structure,establishment of new technology for coating preparation,and realization of synergism between solid and liquid lubrication,so as to further improve the performances of new generation epoxy resin-based lubricative and wear-resistant composite coatings.
