摘 要:研究了锰矿尾渣对重金属离子Cu2+和Ni2+的吸附性能,分析了锰矿尾渣的吸附动力学,就吸附时间、Cu2+和Ni2+浓度及pH值等因素对锰矿尾渣吸附性能的影响作了系统考察,并对锰矿尾渣的吸附机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在温度为25℃、pH值为7.5的条件下,锰矿尾渣对Cu2+和Ni2+的吸附容量可达到1.6mg/g以上,去除率均可达到97.5%以上,适宜于处理含低浓度Cu2+或Ni2+的废水。锰矿尾渣的吸附机理为离子交换吸附和表面配位吸附。The adsorption of heavy metal ions such as Cu2+ and Ni2+ by manganese mine tailings was studied. The adsorption dynamics of the manganese mine tailings to the Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions was analyzed. The effects of adsorbing time, concentration of Cu2+ or Ni2+, and pH value on the adsorption capacity of the manganese mine tailings were systematically investigated, and the adsorption mechanism of and regeneration method for the manganese mine tailings were primarily discussed as well. The results showed that the manganese mine tailings , under the conditions of temperature of 25 ℃ and pH value of 7.5, had an adsorption capacity above 1.6 mg/g for both Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions, and the adsorption rates for the Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions were all over 97. 5%. This indicates that the manganese mine tailings could be well used for the treatment of wastewater containing a low concentration of Cu2+ or Ni2+. Moreover, ions ion-exchange adsorption and surface complexing adsorption were responsible for the adsorption of the Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions by the manganese mine tailings.
