摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定噻虫啉(Thiacloprid)含量的方法,本实验采用C18柱(250×4.6mm)流动相为30%甲醇+10%乙腈+60%水(pH≈3),流速0.8mL/min,UV检测波长为270nm,检测限为0.01mg/L,线性方程为Y=1120.40+14541.15X,相关系数r=0.9999,方法回收率为95.7%-97.8%,相对标准偏差为0.64%(n=6)。Analytical method for determining Thiacloprid residuce was established. A reverse HPLC system with a mixture of methanol / acetonitrile/water (30:10:60 V:V) as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 0.80 mL/min and the UV detection wave-length was 270 nm. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.01 mg/L (r = 0.9999) with a recovery rate of 95.7%- 97.8% and RSD of 0.64% for 6 samples. The relationship between amount of thiacloprid and peak areas can be described using the linear equation: Y= 1120.40+ 14541.15X.
