摘  要:研究了山梨醇类成核剂ZC-3对PP/POE共混体系性能的影响,并对共混体结晶进行了表征。结果表明:成核剂的加入不仅使PP/POE共混材料韧性提高,同时可改善其刚性,从而使综合力学性能得到平衡,且成核剂的加入使球晶尺寸显著降低,POE在PP中分散更为均匀。POE的理想用量为10%(质量分数),成核剂ZC-3的最佳用量为0.3%。The effect of sorbitol nucleator ZC-3 on the property of PP/poly ( ethy- lene-octene ) (POE) blend and the crystallization morphology and behavior of the blend were studied by means of WAXD and DMLP. The results showed the addition of the nucleator not only increased the toughness of the blend, but also improved the rigidity of the blend, which balanced the mechanical properties' of the blend. The addition of the nucleator decreased the spherulite size significantly, and made POE more uniformly dispersed in PP. The optimum amounts of POE and ZC-3 were 10% , 0. 3% (mass fraction) respectively.
