摘　　要：技术改造是确保矿井采掘接替平衡和安全生产的必由之路。裴沟煤矿通过多次技改,超前规划,统筹安排,充分利用新技术、新工艺、新设备,实现了矿井生产能力和安全生产可靠程度的大幅度提升。The technological transformation of coal mining is the only way to succeed balance, and production safety.
