中国人家族性糖尿病人群中线粒体tRNA^Lys基因突变筛查

摘　　要：线粒体赖氨酸基因的三个突变-tRNA^Lys8296A→G，tRNA^Lys8344A→G和tRNA^Lys8363G→A与日本人糖尿病的发病相关。本研究在糖尿病患者及对照组中均未发现这三个突变，提示这三个点突变均不是中国人线粒体糖尿病发病的原因。The A to G mutation at nudeotide 8296 or 8344, and the G to A mutation at nucleotide 8363 of the mitochondrial transfer RNA^Lys gene were related to pathogenesis of diabetics in Japanese. The results showed that these mutations seems not to be related to diabetes mellitus in Chinese.
