摘  要:采用机械合金化(MA)+热压工艺路线来制备Cr-NbCr2复合材料。研究了Cr-NbCr2复合材料的组织和性能。结果表明,MA+热压获得的Cr-NbCr2复合材料组织均匀,晶粒尺寸达到微/纳米级,致密度达到98.3%,抗压强度为2044MPa,塑性应变为7.26%,比熔铸法制备的Cr-NbCr2复合材料及单一Laves相(NbCr2)的塑性都有很大提高,充分体现了MA+热压复合工艺对第二相增韧的效果。Cr-NbCr2 composite material was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) + hot pressing. Its mierostructure and properties were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of Cr-NbCr2 composite material is homogeneous and the grain size is up to the grade of micron/nano-metre.Moreover, the relative density of the material is 98.3% , compressive strength is 2 044 MPa and plasticity strain is 7.26%. Compared with Cr-NbCr2 composite material prepared by arc-melting and simple Laves phase NbCr2, its plasticity increases greatly, the effect of MA + hot pressing compound process of secondary phase toughening has been fully realized.
