针刀闭合松解术配合金葡液治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀闭合松解术配合金葡液注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:75例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为两组:观察组45例,对照组30例,观察组给予针刀闭合松解术加金葡液注射,对照组单用针刀治疗;分别治疗2个疗程,随访3个月判定疗效:对两组治疗前后症状、体征积分变化及临床疗效进行分析比较。结果:观察组与对照组治疗后症状、体征积分差值比较,有显著性差异(t=4．869,P<0．01),说明观察组对改善症状、体征积分方面优于对照组;观察组和对照组间总体疗效比较,有显著性差异(x2=7．6923,P<0．01),说明观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:针刀闭合松解术配合金葡液注射治疗神经根型颈椎病比单用针刀治疗疗效确切,并且安全无副作用,可以获得较好临床效果。Objective：To assess the clinic effect of the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combinded with staphylococcin aureus Injection in the treatment of in the patients dignosised as radicular cervical spondylosis. Methods：75 patients with radicular cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups randomly. 45 patients in the observation group underwent the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combinded with staphylococcin aureus injection on pain-spot, another 30 patients in the control group underwent the needle scalpel therapy but not close loosening therapy and without staphylococcin aureus injection. After 2 periods of treatment, totally 3 months, the symptom and sign score varies as well as clinical outcomes were studied. Results：All cases were followed up for 3 months,the symptom score and sign score significantly decreased in the observation group compared to the control group is p〈0. 01 （ t=4. 869） ; the comparison of overall effectiveness is p〈0. 01 （X^2=7. 6923）. these data show that the treatment effect in the treatment group is better than that of control group. Conclnsion：The therapy by using the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combinded with staphylococcin aureus injection in the treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis has the advantages of effective,safe and less side reaction. It is considered better than using the needle scalpel therapy only.
