摘 要:目的:探讨胎盘细胞凋亡在胎盘提前钙化发生发展中的作用。方法:选择15例在36周前B超检查发现Ⅲ级胎盘成熟度的低风险孕妇作为研究组,随机选择同期分娩孕龄与研究对象相匹配的正常孕妇15例作为时照。采用光镜和TUNEL法观察计数细胞凋亡现象。结果:在两组胎盘组织中均可观察到凋亡细胞,提前钙化组细胞凋亡发生率的中位数及四分位数范围为0.57%(0.33%,0.46%),正常对照组为0.23%(0.10%, 0.23%),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:提前钙化胎盘组织中细胞凋亡增多,细胞凋亡可能在胎盘提前钙化的发生发展过程中起了重要作用。Objective:To investigate the possible role of apoptosis in the pathophysiologic mechanism of premature calcification of placenta. Methods: Placental samples were obtained from 15 low risk pregnant women with premature calcification of placenta diagnosed ultrasonographically before the 36th gestational week and 15 normal controls who were matched with the study group in gestational age. After these pregnant women received prenatal care and had their babies deliveried at Nanfang Hospital from June 2003 to December 2004. Light microscopy and TUNEL were used to identify apoptosis in the placenta. TUNEL was used to quantify the incidence of apoptosis. Result: The percentage of apoptotic cells in premature calcific placentas was significantly higher than that in normal controls[0.57% (0.33% ,0.46% ) vs 0.23% (0.10% ,0.23% ) ,P 〈 0. 001 ]. Conclusion: Apoptotic cells significantly increase in the premature calcific placenta and it may play an important role in the pathophysiologic mechanisms of premature calcification of placenta.
