摘　　要：目的:针对抗精神病药物所致体重增加,制定相应的护理对策。方法:对36例住院男性精神分裂症患者采取定期测量体重方法做自身对照,进行前瞻性研究。结果:19例病人在服药6周后体重均有不同程度的增加,平均增重4.06 kg。结论:临床护理工作中,采取必要地预防和避免体重增加的应对措施,对提高患者的身心健康水平具有重要意义。Objective：To aim at anti -psychopathic drugs lead to gain weight in order to make the correlative nursing measures. Methods：36 Cases of the schizophienic patients were regularly measured weight and made self- -controlled study. Results： 19cases gained weight after taking medicine at the end of 6 weeks average gain. weight were 4.06kg. Conclusions： the correlative nursing measures should be taken in clinical nursing job in order to prevent and to avoid gain weight It＇s important meaning to improve patient＇s body- -hearted health.
