摘　　要：通过分析刘庆邦的矿井小说中的人物悲剧原因,凸显我国煤矿企业安全文化的缺失,并从人性角度对安全文化建设进行了探讨。The paper analysis the reason of occurrence the person tragedy in Liu qingbang＇s mineral well novel, and highlight the absence of safety culture in the coal mine enterprise, and carry on a study to the safe cultural construction from the human nature.
