摘　　要：建筑业青年农民工的社会认同可以通过身份认同、城市认同、组织认同、乡土认同和未来归属认同等指标来衡量;他们的社会认同呈现出身份认同模糊化、城市认同和组织认同较低、未来归属认同不明确的特征。The social identity of young migrant workers in construction industry can be judged in terms of status identity, city identity, organization identity, provincial identity, and identity of future belonging. Their identity displays the characteristic of ambiguity of their status identity and is identified with lower city and organization identity. It is with a feature of indefinite identity of future belonging as well.
