摘  要:目的在室温下6 h内考察克林霉素与酚磺乙胺的配伍及稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定克林霉素与酚磺乙胺在6 h内的含量变化,同时观察外观及测定pH值的变化。结果各配伍液在测定时间内无明显外观、pH值、峰形及保留时间的变化。克林霉素与酚磺乙胺在配伍液中的含量保持在初始浓度的97%以上。结论克林霉素与酚磺乙胺配伍后6 h内比较稳定,可以配伍。Objective To determine the stability of the complexes of clindamycin and etamsylate at room temperature for 6 hours. Methods The samples of the complexes were collected at 0, 2, 4 and 6 h after mixing clindamycin and etamsylate at room temperature. The contents of clindamycin and etamsylate were determined by HPLC. The pH of the samples was also determined. Results There were no visible changes in terms of the appearance, pH, forms of peaks and retaining time of the complexes. In the complexes, the contents of clindamycin and etamsylate maintained over 97% of their initial levels. Conclusion Clindamycin and etamsylate are compatible. The contents of clindamycin and etamsylate are stable under the experimental condition.
