摘　　要：由于口腔科工作较为特殊,各项操作均在病人口腔中进行,极易发生院内交叉感染。文章主要阐述了在非传染病流行期和传染病流行期口腔科各岗位医务人员自我防护的主要措施及相关因素,以期达到降低院内交叉感染的目的。In clinic of stomotology, the operation is performed in the patient？s mouth; therefore nosocomial infection is very easily to occur. In order to decrease the nosocomial infection, expounded in this article the main measures and relative factors for self-protect of the medical staffs major in stomatology in the period of infection disease epidemic and non-infection disease epidemic.
