摘　　要：随着我国施工企业市场化程度的提高,对风险管理的需求越来越大。本文以铁路施工企业为例,从风险辨识、风险估计、风险评价、风险控制四个方面,引入风险评估矩阵、控制区间和记忆模型CIM以及模糊综合评价法等,设计了一套完整的施工企业风险预警指标体系及预警模型。With the mereerization development of construction enterprises, the risk management deserves more and more concern. This text sets the railway construction enterprises as example to illustrate the risk management for construction enterprises. Risk assessment matrix, controlled and memory models, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced to show the risk management methods in risk distinguish, risk assessment, risk appraisal and risk control. Risks warning indicators and warning system models are designed to construction business.
