摘　　要：目前中国煅石膏粉生产使用的冷却机冷却效率低,设备体积大。介绍了一种新型高效、冷却速度快、设备体积小、使用寿命长的内展翅片管空气冷却机。当风量6 000 m3/h、物料停留时间8 min、冷空气温度25℃时,生产能力达到45 t/h,煅石膏温度从180℃降至79℃。较好解决了2种热交换介质因导热系数不同而导致的热交换不平衡和设备体积庞大、消耗钢材偏高的问题,从而有效地提高了换热器的换热效果,降低了设备的制造成本。At present, the cooling efficiency of the cooling machines used for producing calcined gypsum in China is very low and the volume of the equipment is very big. In this paper, a new plane finned - tube air - cooling machine is introduced, which is characterized by high efficiency ,fast cooling speed, small equipment volume and long service life. The production ability can reach 45 t/h and the temperature of calcined gypsum can drop to 79 ℃ from 180 ℃,when the wind flow is 6 000 m^3/h, the detention time of materials is 8 min and the temperature of cool air is 25 ℃. Accordingly, such problems have been better solved, as the imbalance heat - exchange of the two heat - exchage media due to the difference of heat conductive coefficient, enormous equipment volume and large steel consumption. Thus the heat - exchange effect can be enhanced and the manufacture cost of equipment can be reduced.
